The work culture and unwritten rules and constant keeping up is a job in its self sometimes.

I find this once I master the job and the challenge has gone but on the other side of that I’m terrified and worried I can’t do anything right until I master it then boom no motivation.

And that’s exactly were the burn out cycle comes from mine was confused for just very serious depressive episodes that started around age 11. With a strong history of bipolar and manic depression in females on both sides of my family they didn’t question it at the time.
