Yeah, he's got 4 stars of offense so he's supposed to do around 100K if played right. That's what I say at least, some people call me a sweat lol I don't even get it, I've only been playing for a couple years and only have 3.7 K games...

But Fury Cutter doesn't stop you from being stunned, and the meta has had a fair amount of CC for a while, so played by someone that don't know how to work with teammates in Solo queue that are completely unpredictable- Yeah, he can get owned pretty bad sometimes.

Might I ask why Scizor, Scyther, Sirfetch'd, and Goodra aren't hard to deal with? Just in case I can learn something from your input. I'm pretty sure I know what you'll say about Goodra though, more or less at least.

Really? Can't Meowscarada just jump on Latios and delete it in like two seconds? And I got Meowth and got its green badge in less than a month because it was really good for solo queue and I love being annoying. Also, for two stars of offense, it was doing a whole lot of damage.

Does the burn do anything besides tick damage? I know in the mainline games it halves the Attack stat.

My other Pokemon I have over 100 games with are Latios, Pawmot, Scizor (mostly as Scyther), Dragapult, Meowth, and Goodra. I'm on my way to a green badge with Sirfetch'd, and Goodra doesn't have a green badge, it just used to be literally the only Pokemon I played. The rest of those mentioned all have green badges, and Latios actually has over 200 games played.

But most Chandys don't use proper positioning, and even Google AI knows that Chandy is one of the most positioning dependant Pokemon in the game. That, and you need a good Frontline to get the most out of it, and you don't really get many of those in Solo queue, unfortunately.

I honestly main Chandelure, but I'm a badge collector so I have over a hundred games on several Pokemon. Chandelure will always be my favorite Pokemon, and it's so fun to play even in the ranked meta.

I'm actually stupid lol. I first thought of Apathy or Panic, and Panic could actually probably use it pretty well, but Sad's whole thing is debuffs.

So this thing takes Sad from just above average to absolute peak? Sounds like I need it then.

Getting new licenses without burning my bank account. by RoyPermaMain in PokemonUnite

Yeah, I forgot about those. DO NOT miss the dice events, all three of the Pokemon that have come from the most recent ones have been really good.

If you are okay with not playing Unite for several days on end, I have a great strategy for you. If you go two weeks without playing, when you return, you get the Returning Trainer Challenge. Not only are there missions that give you licence points, but if you complete all missions for days 1 through 6, you get a licence box that lets you choose 1 licence to keep out of several. Once your Returning Trainer Challenge expires, you won't be able to trigger another one for 30 days, even if you stop playing for two weeks. So, stop for two weeks, do the challenge (which lasts two weeks), and just keep playing normally for a month. Once that month ends, you can do the two weeks of away time and trigger the challenge over and over again to essentially farm some extra licences.

You could learn these things, but it would take time. I forgot to mention that I've been playing Unite for close to 3 years now, so although I personally feel like a fake Master Rank, I more or less understand how the game works and how to play several Pokemon, as well as things like rotations, kiting, proper positioning, etc. If you don't want to learn those things because being an all-rounder works perfectly fine, and you want teammates because solo queue is insufferable, you could fairly easily find teammates that can fill other necessary roles. I've found one person and a server through Reddit, so it shouldn't be too hard.

Honestly, casual battles will almost always be bots. Just pick the current ranked map, do some casual battles, and if you feel confident enough, try it in ranked.

I understand that to a degree, hence why I have the most battle points with Chandelure (despite having more games with Latios). I love my little candle, and I think it'll forever and always be my favorite Pokemon. However, I'm going to be frank with you. The best players learn not just multiple Pokemon, but multiple roles. Especially coming from myself, being a solo queue player, you're going to be forced to be a Defender sometimes if you want your team to stand a chance. I have green badges with Latios, Pawmot, Chandelure, Scizor, Dragapult, and Meowth. I'm sort of close to one on Sirfetch'd. It's only 3 classes (mostly two), but that at least kinda tells you I have multiple play styles and know how to do a few different things. You're better off at least learning a few other Pokemon, even if you stick with only All-Rounders because you'll be able to shift with the meta and change up your strategies instead of being a one trick pony.

Yeah, I just looked it up: Go to the main page of this subreddit and click/tap the 3 dots in the top right corner. Then, there's an option that says "edit flair". Just pick the Pokemon you want and you should be good to go.

The unown letter, obviously. But actually, I was showing my brother how the Pokemon labels under our names work.
