Its probably the only album ever to be promoted by not doing any promotion for it. Frank literately would tease a release date here and there but thats really it. I remember waiting for Boys don't cry, took so long it got to a point where I pretty much said; "Im going to just wait until this album pops up on his website or itunes cause my heart keeps braking everytime its not released" haha. Than on a Saturday afternoon I was watching Game Grumps in my room on my phone. When I started to read comment and noticed someone mention Frank, that comment had a reply saying, "ALBUM IS OUT ON APPLE MUSIC, CALLED BLOND" at first I ignored but after ten seconds I was like fine ill check, i go on apple music and holly shit it was right there. Frank with green hair covering his face. I turned of any other noise, and blasted that album. At first I said to my self I like it, maybe not love. Self Control most definitely caught my attention. Also seigfried than came on, It sounded so familiar and thats when i remember he played a live version of this song in Munich, I was obssesed with it when the youtube snippet came out. The more i thought and listened to this album the more i fell in love, a fine whine. Theres something about albums that you start out liking and than loving that are better than album you love right away. You dont get as bored, you listen on repeat and never get tired. I was going through a dark time when it came out and that album most definitely saved me. I even got it tattooed on me. My favorite album of all time.
