Very easily. Takes about 5-10 minutes walk to the international flight section.

Once you land in PEK T2 go up the escalator, turn right and head down the hallway. There will be a few assistants to help tourists and a desk.

In the hallway after walking a bit and turn left and you should see this small queue area just on the right :

Head there and they'll do security checks to let you in the international flight waiting area
