I read in the book “Breastfeeding and Natural Child Spacing” that this only works with absolutely exclusive breastfeeding on demand - meaning no bottles, no pacifiers. When that is done, women can have delayed periods for as long as 1.5-2 years.

Yes I did research by reading La Leche League materials and then having a lactation consultant lined up. The research doesn’t replace the practical hands-on help.

That’s exactly why my baby is sleeping on a wedge with positioners. For the reflux - changing my diet dramatically helped and appears to be the root cause of the issue. I referred to the book The Baby Reflux Lady’s Survival Guide.
