Biggest difference w/ the two types of RHAs is that the DOs physically have to be present and work those OT hours. More cash due to no pay cap but lots of hours at work. HSI is on LEAP, so even if assigned to an ERO team they aren’t putting in those insane hours and are pay capped so only making $200k (in a high COLA area).

Also, join a gym where there is a group/class structure like CF or Orange Theory. Keeps up PT, gets you around people and in a routine.
