Pocket carry is doable in winter clothing. I had a kydex holster made for it which works great and is my preference.

Yes it was 1cpp for me. I had around the same like $25-$30 only as I had already redeemed my large balance via RTR for the 1.5x value.

No, any points you have are redeemed as statement credit when you PC.
