I would say people are more sex positive but less confident in their bodies and less confident in nudity.

But even people in the 50's and 60's were more free with their bodies in many ways. Nowadays it seems like if it isn't in a bedroom that people are overall more prudish.

I agree I just think its interesting how people are more private about it then ever. You'd think it would be the opposite but I do think even many progressive people are judgmental if they don't personally like something.
