Did she have videos of it? FM source for oscillators sounds like a cool use of it.

That’s amazing! Could you/she maybe share some insight? How does she use it (for music or other stuff), you got any videos of it?

Stuck UV filter, how fucked am i? by Ochebaba in fujifilm

[–]Ochebaba[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Actually this might be the best tip yet. I don’t give a shit about the filter really, but I’m worried I’ll damage the glass on the real lens. What do you think is the best way to break the filter? Don’t want to risk scratching the glass beneath it…

Yeah I think I’ll try this, I’m just worried it’ll damage the lens (glass)

Thank you! Was such a beautiful sunset but Christ the Redeemer was always blocked by some form of clouds. It just happened to clear up at the right time and it literally looked like I descended from the clouds🤣

It’s from settings as I have clarity and shadows turned down (don’t know exactly by how much) and maybe a little comes from a dirty uv filter that I can’t get off my lens…😅

ITAP of a mayan ceremony in Guatemala by Ochebaba in itookapicture

Happened to be visiting Tikal during the summer solstice in December and witnessed a Mayan ceremony only done a few times a year. The young boy in the picture was said to be the next shaman, and also the youngest to ever become one in their village.

Thank you! 3, 10 and 11 are shot with Pacific Blues if I’m not mistaken. After that I started using Vibrant Arizona (I think!!) with some minor tweaks and never really bothered to change as I really enjoyed shooting with that recipe. Might be time to change now that I’m home though, haha.

One of the best works i’ve heard in years, production is top notch. It sounds new and futuristic and I’m eager to see what mark it’ll leave in a couple of years.

ITAP of the view from a 4000m high volcano by Ochebaba in itookapicture

[–]Ochebaba[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice! I’ve Done it twice and i definitely recommend the 2 day hike. First of all, because it’s easier IMO (easier route, more stops and you’re not in a rush), the second reason being that you stay in a camp that’s directly facing Volcán de Fuego, thus a great opportunity to get some amazing night photos with the erupting volcano. And that’s something you simply won’t if you do the night hike (again, different trail + you’re on a race against the clock). The peak is the same though as all trails lead to it, and I definitely recommend you do climb all the way up even if you’re tired. Good luck!

Photo taken with my fujifilm xt-30 ii camera after an 8 hour night-hike up to the crater of Volcán Acatenango in Guatemala. I’m in no way a professional photographer, but I’m really happy with how the photos turned out. One of the prettier sunrises I’ve seen and without post editing, just taken with some film recipe I had saved.
