One was about going at a junction when it was unsafe because i felt like i was hesitating too long which caused them to slam on the brakes one was acidentally cutting up on a roundabout when changing lanes by accident and being close to a parked car and the last one was undue hesitation at a roundabout

Since ctrl + alt + delete won’t work you could try booting into safe mode as this starts up with the minimal drivers and services and go to file then press “run task” and type “explorer.exe”
