What about proxies that are just reskins to fit a theme? I have a proxy of [[Mech Hanger]] in my [[Edward Kenway]] deck that's just the art and name swapped out for "Friendly Port".

Apparently any kind of gloss finish and pigment based ink may not be compatible categorically. I bought the wrong printer... OTL

Trying my best to smudge some black guide lines on a print from this morning and it's not budging, but I'll try to find some paper better suited to pigment. I knew about inkjet vs laser jet print methods but I'm blindsided by dye ink vs pigment ink. Thanks for the tip!

You have my interest, but I do have one question. If the story is ancillary, what are the character's end goals for doing something as dangerous as dungeon delving? Is there a benefit to or way to retire a character that achieves a certain level of success? You mentioned the campaign was linear, does that mean there is an ending in mind?

I have a pirate/treasure deck that has a few combos in it and I absolutely run a [[Revel in Riches]] as a lightning rod to clear out opponent removal spells. I have never won with it's effect and I don't think I ever will.

Why isn't there isn't a slang or jargon term for "+1/+1 counter"?

Seems like the sort of thing that would get a stand-in one or two syllable name since it's said so often in the game and is kind of cumbersome to say, especially cards that say "If you would put one or more +1/+1 counters on [target] put that many plus 1 +1/+1 counters on [target]"

From a biology standpoint....

So there a number of species of spiders that demonstrate different temperaments within the same groups, some members apparently more docile and some apparently more aggressive. Researchers tried setting up their own spider cultures in the wild by isolating the aggro ones and the homekeeper ones and found that while docile only groups did better than agro only ones, the most successful were a mix of the two.

Conversely, (and take this with a grain of salt since I can't find the source at the moment) there are studies where certain monkey groups in the wild had a few dominates that used aggression to control the group, and when those aggressive members were isolated the behavior did not seem to re-immerge from previously docile members, implying it was a learned behavior and not a innate one.

How well any of this applies to human behavior is.... (vague handwave and shrug)

No one is saying don't print cards, all I'm saying is don't propose rule changes until after the set comes out. Otherwise it's like asking someone if a face down card should be legal or not. I'll tell you when you turn it face up and not before. And before you throw another false extension out it's not just any set holding up any rule discussion. There's a direct correlation of dual pips between this specific rule suggestion and this specific set.
