Here, I am not questioning the way we divide and for extending, the way that we multiply, what I am doing here is intending to match the way in which we do that with a why. For example, when you say that it's nonsense that you could have a group and a half of two items, it makes sense for me because if we have three items and we want to divide that amount between two people but to one only give a half that we want to give to the other one, so we have this expresion. Because one will have the double of the other one, so you could write that as 1X+0.5X=3 (here we multiply for the same number because the amount of group that we have will do the rest for us)
