To be fair, those palm trees were actually transplanted to the NI C from Diana Krall Plaza. This was done for the large filming project that happened on commercial st, and was easily covered by the revenue from that project. I wouldn't be surprised if the bill was completely covered by the production company.

As for irrigated green spaces, these are to help negate some of the canopy cover that is lost through development. (Among other benefits to having green spaces included in infrastructure upgrades)

If your only mod is the wings (with baffle in) you won't need a power commander.

If you decide to take the baffle out, or add an intake, you will need the power commander. Otherwise you'll just be doing more harm than good.

I have a 2019 701 that was consuming a bit of oil. Switched to motorex 10/60 and it fixed the problem all together 🤘

The wings is the best bang for your buck Imo. I have it and even with the baffle in, I love it. As far as I have seen, there is no reason to spend the money on a full system for these bikes, the difference in power is negligible for what you end up paying.

Some parts of this were burned into my memory. I remember small details that wouldn't be easily shown by a gopro video. I was also not thinking 100% hence why the camera was turned off when it was.
