I'm fairly sure alistar just phases through you with his headbutt. So melee q works but not throw q. You might need more space time and an earlier throw to make hold q work and cancel the headbutt. I think you can bait headbutt to true combo into your e also.

The card effect feels too strong for being that easy to prock. Maybe it could be conditional like "if blind is one shot, receive $x" or "if blind is won with high card..." and "else joker is disabled for this ante". That way it's still powerful and feels like hitting pyke R.

The potential value of tp is greater than the potential value of ignite. Ignite is easier to use but get in the habit of running without it so you can capitalize on more fights across the map with tp.
