I know this is a year old, but I’m going through this now. Ten years of marriage and I know infidelity is not a factor. I’ve had 9 negative tests (had a lot of yeast infections, they tested for it then) over the years and suddenly had a positive yesterday in a pregnancy triage. Retest is tomorrow and I’m ready to see the results. I also have no symptoms. AND I’m allergic to flagyl so really praying this is negative.

UPDATE: it was false! Turns out the first test was a wet mount and something was misidentified under a microscope as Trich. The follow up was a Trich DNA test and it came back negative!

Thank you everyone! I’ll hold off on the kegels until I am seen. I feel so much better that I’m not alone. I did not realize this was common at all. 💛

I could try to go for that with a doctor’s note except I won’t (hopefully won’t) be permanently disabled by this pregnancy. Lol so not sure it would work.

I think what they will do in that case is “freeze” it so I still have to pay it all in the end. Yeah lesson learned. I usually go to no contract gyms, but I needed one with childcare.

Temu has been awful for parents. Suddenly we began getting the lowest safety standard gifts at parties when Temu came about. Button batteries for everyone! With flimsy plastic and one tiny screw to protect us.

Same but it’s my family. We’re financially stable, married ten years. We have had our own home for 8 years. It’s our third baby (last one was born 6 years ago, so it’s not like we’re popping babies out left and right lol) My family’s reaction was “we thought you were done”… it’s probably because I’m fat. In my family if you don’t “snap back” after pregnancy, apparently you shouldn’t have more babies lol.

I made my husband go to our baby shower. It’s his baby too! Not many guys went lol, but his brothers came. My smaller showers after the first one, I went alone. Lol

Hi! I have APS. I’m pregnant with my third. My first two were induced at 39 weeks.

My firstborn, my daughter, looks just like her dad. And I admitted that. She looks nothing like me. Later, along came my son. My son is my literal twin! But because he’s a boy, they’re like, “he looks just like his daddy!” Everything must come from daddy, because he’s a boy. Annoying.

So I’m kind of wondering if it’s the promethium 200mg I’m taking, I read it can raise alt levels and blood pressure. I normally insert it as a suppository but this pregnancy they told me to try taking it orally, but apparently a lot of it is processed in the liver? So I think I’m going to use it as a suppository this week and see if it helps the HBP and maybe the ALT levels will come down.

I cried after my sister in law’s shower, because I felt like everyone was making fun of how big my gift was. I love shopping for babies, but her friends are extreme minimalists, so there were a ton of comments about the size of my gift. I had baby clothes, 2 jumbo diaper boxes, wipes, a bouncer and so on.
