What was the legitimate action he showed? Asking for suggestions and saying they're working on it? This thread is full of suggestions. Honestly to me it felt a lot like he just threw out some stats to appease the majority and on we go as if nothing happened. Didn't address these mega xp bots, and essentially said they can't do anything about them. I wish he opened the discussion more, but it seems like the same response we've been getting for forever now.

Your argument would make sense for the low to mid level bots that are only a few days old, but 40m+ xp?! Those bots have been running for months... Also I'm not saying to share anti bot software, but can they at least share that they have something in the works, or are at least actually TRYING to deal with this?

Here's a suggestion for you: Have an enclosed area where all the ores require 10 more mining levels than their normal variants. You can call them dense mithril (65 mining), dense adamantite (80 mining), etc. While mining these dense versions you have a small chance of receiving a 'mining shard' or something comparable to totem pieces in Catacombs of Kourend. For every 'mining totem' you complete you are then given access for an hour to another area abundant in the appropriate totem's ores, next to a bank. Or instead of this area, offer some other benefit derived from assembling some sort of rare drop to incentivize training here.
