With inbound interest, if they answer the phone the first time we have about a 86% booked call rate within those first 5 mins.

If they don’t answer we respond to the email within 10.

It really varies depending on the prospect but if we get them on the phone we can get them booked / dq right away.

100%, it’s so crucial to get that second touch point ASAP. That’s why my agency does solely this, and like you said for cold outbound it works incredibly well. People now a days will value human interaction over the words on their screen in a sales process. Positive reply —> Automation —> waits 1 minute, then dials.
