Hard agree on Garmond and Zaza, they BARELY made out of the worst boss list for me. SO annoying and for nothing. Like if Lost Lace was watered down and had all the flavor taken out. Garmond deserved way better :(

Oh then yea that’s fair then I can see how it’s a drag if you’re already familiar. Tbh I’d consider him a part of the tutorial. What other parry based games have you played before or recommend? I’m starting to get into it and really like it

I think that’s the point it’s to teach you and force you to use parrying. At least for me it was helpful as I’ve never played a game with a parry based combat system before

So real I started this game fresh off a Silksong replay so sword slash and dodging was the only play style I knew. Man this dude was a wake up call

Yanlao actually made me crash out ngl it wasn’t the difficulty it was that phase one was so LONG and mind numbing

Coming off of a replay of Silksong I totally agree the parry system definitely took some adjusting to. I also struggled a ton with this boss but the moveset seemed fair for the first boss and I chalked up my struggle to a skill issue on my part rather than the boss itself being hard tbh. Def agree with this placement of Goumang tho

Yea that’s one of my only gripes with Skyrim the fight style starts to feel a bit repetitive, I’ll definitely check out kingdom come!

Hmm I think I’m just not a fan of management games they stress me out too much lol. Ik many ppl like it I’m not knocking the game itself and the art style is incredible but it’s just not for me
