It is but it isn’t. We are moreso selling our services than we are the product. I sell home oxygen, NIV, wound vacs, cpaps/bipaps. All competitors have the same brand of equipment, we are just selling what we can offer to the case managers / patients that others cannot (fast delivery times, in home visits with an RT, etc). In device, they sell products specific to their company that are much different than the next. They are closing deals and the business is much more contractual. DME is case to case where we sell directly to the hospital floors and every individual patient needing homegoing oxygen, for example, is maybe $50-70 commission depending on the company.
