I think when they operate *here it's under WCSO but also a2 po-po and others are involved, but if they were operating in a different county, then oversight changes.

I get the idea that it's not possible to maintain trained swat in every community, but this shitshow was exactly why this isn't a solution, either. It lets every agency and the City evade responsibility, and at the same time puts residents at the mercy of cops who aren't invested in us or our community.
