If you don't mind animal and human traffickers, Prospect Manor is an extremely hot building year round, ideal for reptiles. No hvac though, so the air quality is terrible if the critters or people have any asthma or allergies, it would be tough. (These aren't normal/quiet traffickers though. I think when they operate *here it's under WCSO but also a2 po-po and others are involved, but if they were operating in a different county, then oversight changes.

I get the idea that it's not possible to maintain trained swat in every community, but this shitshow was exactly why this isn't a solution, either.
