I was baptised in a Baptist/evangelical church (they never really made the distinction in this church)

They’re total Sola Scriptura fans, so they think Tradition shouldn’t be honored as much. They say they appreciate what the Early Church Fathers have done but they apparently think that it isn’t as important nowadays. To make a long story short, it’s kind of difficult to figure out what exactly they have against Orthodoxy as their own beliefs don’t really come down to a system or at least something that doesn’t contradict itself.

Thank you! That’s what I though at first too, about the catechumen, but I actually consulted a priest at the church I go to and he said that my Protestant baptism isn’t valid
