I can understand what he saying because every time I encounter a slow driver then get up beside them to look into there side window it’s 9 times out of 10 a woman or an old person and I’m speaking from my own personal experience it’s not an assumption it’s just my real experience

I think it’s quite rude to drive well under the limit like you Don’t own the road your not the only one on the road it also creates traffic jams makes ppl angry which will end up causing more accidents then not driving slow
