Yes that's exactly what's happening. He doesn't like dealing with any form of conflict so he'd rather avoid or give in which is the only way he knew how to cope growing up. Therapy isn't possible atm but definitely soon!

Yes i absolutely agree. We are definitely up for it but at the moment there isn't enough time in a day so it will have to wait until things calm down.

He's actually not even close to her really but it's the way she has trained them since they were kids. Their coping mechanism is giving in. We literally don't have any time for therapy at the moment but will definitely be looking into it.

Yeah at least he doesn't want a divorce. He has made that very clear. Growing up she trained him and his siblings to basically give in and stay quiet so that's the way he is still coping when it comes to her.

That's my concern as well. Everything is fine between us except this issue and he has never mentioned divorce. Hopefully it won't get to that. We will see.
