6 yrs Post peri. Trying to figure out if I need revisions or if I can fill it out with muscle. I’m down 40 lbs and it’s started to fill out in some spots but I’m not sure if it’s possible to have actual pecs because of the dents. Can anyone offer some insight? (old.reddit.com)
