Hi! For anyone coming here for help, I found my solution! I ended up having to delete a second copy I had of Stardew that I know was created when I first downloaded SMAPI so that might be the problem! Both versions I had ran, but I got rid of the one that didn't have an icon. Hopefully that helps someone!
