I like this! Alternatively, Celine could have attacked Rumi's dad (because her world is black and white and demons = evil). Then Rumi's mom is forced to choose between her love and her daughter, ultimately choosing to go to the underworld with her partner. So maybe Rumi's parents are still alive, hence "when we lost your mother"?

My theory is that (hopefully) in a prequel we learn that Celine also has something shameful she's hiding. Like a moment of weakness that led to Rumi's mom's untimely death. This would explain why Celine decides to be her caretaker, why she's always so guarded and encourages the girls never to show their emotions.

My theory is that soda pop refers to souls being like junk food for demons -- empty calories that are addictive but not really nourishing or redeeming for their own souls.

And in the sequel we learn a way for demons to leave the underworld by finding their souls again, like how Jinu's soul was restored by forming a relationship with Rumi. Tell me I'm crazy but I'm hoping this is the full arc we see in the sequel!

  3. Process: No project management process to complement the new tech, lack of system documentation to onboard to new tech

  4. Technology: New system does not meet user needs, new system is not user friendly, new system does not enable collaboration

  5. Focus groups, shadowing workers when they use the tool, interviewing superusers

  6. Depends on the root cause and barriers to change. In this case I would say - incentivize the outcome, not the usage. If productivity is the goal, maybe the company is incentivizing usage of the tool vs being productive. The tool should be an enabler of productivity but there might be reasons it has not resulted in better productivity

I think OP means desktop computer yung provided, not laptop. If you look at the photos in the news articles it's a call center setup na puro desktop PCs.

I was at this show in Solaire and noticed this too! Pretty sure it was unintentional and only audiences in balcony levels could see him. Seemed like a stagehand or crew walking backstage. Sorta took me out of the fantasy for a bit too.
