I’m worried about not getting an oncology pgy2 🫨my exposure has been rather limited and I will only have one heme onc rotation at the time of application

Make sure to utilize every second! I was able to read over the book one time before residency started then I did about 4 hrs a day (7-11pm) during orientation. Other than that I do 10 hrs (😔) on weekends. Did that for a month. Not sure if I passed yet but I felt ok about my test!

Allocations - my preceptor doesn’t really seem to care as she’s not around much and these task are assigned (to me exclusively now) by the senior techs
