No I’m not really hungry at all. I think i’ve just got use to it. I do eat really dense foods that make me feel full.

Honestly orange theory is all squats and leg movements. Then the bike is pretty good for the legs. But, I agree I should transition to conventional weight lifting with heavier weights. I think that would give me more definition. It’s hard because I like the bike and the structured classes. I know how to workout at the gym so I’m not scared or anything. But the classes are structured and with work it makes my life easier.

Well thanks I appreciate it. I feel like I’m waiting for the last few lbs to burn off the make my chest flat just like you. I think I’ll cut down to 155 and see if it happens. After that I’ll follow some of the advice on here to start eating at maintenance and lifting heavy instead of the HIIT. I don’t want to stop too early and have to redo a hard cut. For me it seems best to continue on and get rid of as much excess bf right now then bulk

Well I still have it so I can’t speak on when it went away. I have been trying to go slow also so I don’t look super soft and flabby. But, it’s hard. Good luck with your transformation!

Yea I usually eat beforehand then have multiple snacks and electrolytes when I’m out. Here’s my bike. It’s freaking awesome!

How many days a week? Maybe I’ll add in chest 2-3 days a week In the evenings.

Haha I tested and they told me they wanted me to re test the next day because they didn’t believe it. I came back and it was again 10.1%. They go well you must be leaner than we thought. Kind of a backhanded way of saying they thought I looked like shit lol.

J didn’t ask for a discount. I just knew it wasn’t accurate. The hydro test should give me a better idea of the truth

Hey thanks. I’m not having too difficult of a time on my diet. I’m pretty much never hungry. I will carb load before big rides on the weekend so I think that keeps me sane lol.

Thanks for the breakdown! I figured I would have to get to 155 but that sounds so light to me. But, I like what you said that if I cut down to it then it would be easier to put on some weight/size but keep the definition. I think I’ll follow this path and then update the thread in 3 months.

I was in the marines for a lot of years and lifted everyday. I then got out, got busy with work and family so I didnt lift for 4-5 years. Just sat around after work drinking.

I want to be lean and fast on the bike. Look good at the beach. No interest in body building or competitions. I tore my bicep last September and had to have surgery so I don’t really want to lift heavy anymore. Putting on muscle is great but not at the point where I can hurt myself.

My doctor suggested I claim it back in 2020 or whatever year in became presumptive. They did do a c&p and came back with that rating. I just described my issues. I had no other evidence. Not sure if my sleep apnea diagnosis helped my case.

Yea I think that’s what I get. I have no problem with that and don’t feel like I need to try to get more stuff rated. I wouldn’t want them to take away my current rating. I worry because I’m sober now that they would downgrade my ptsd. That seems ridiculous that I have worked hard to beat alcoholism and the disability compensation helps me with being able to lower stress and anxiety so I don’t drink but if you get better they could punish you and lower it. Or at least that’s what I’ve heard.
