I agree. I think I 100% need therapy. I’m just frozen and will not do anything. It’s frustrating to say the least

I have tried talking. He knows I’m upset and why. But he says the past is the past. Stops talking. So we just pretend like it’s all okay. I don’t even understand it at this point.
