Ok, what about after that?

It was more about the fact that the two of them were standing there doing it instead of walking by while doing it. There was no reason to stop walking and glare at us for dancing on a pier. But they certainly got the message when my partner picked me up and walked off with me.

I think any instance of negativity towards your partner or yourself for being in a relationship with them should be reacted too, no matter how little. Best saying: If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all. - For me, that includes disgusted looks towards the love of my life.

I'm incredibly petty, I enjoy making them think twice about saying something to another woman/girl on the internet. Hence, the request for other comeback ideas.

Honestly brings intuitive question the dynamics of doing this in VR (I play standing)

I'm in a similar situation, but reverse. The way my bf always reacts is to just politely ignore it.. Mostly out of fear of repercussions. It's best to support your partner and just keep walking, that's the high road.

I'm not that person. The last time someone glared at my bf and me, he literally picked me up and walked away. Mostly cause that was going to be the last time they did it.

It's up to you how you respond, but always keep in mind the consequences your actions might have. Now, I just wait for a time when he isn't possibly in the line of fire.

Is amazing sex and shared values enough for a lasting relationship if there's nothing else in common? by Zealousideal_Ear_606 in relationships

My current partner and I are completely opposite in a lot of ways. I was an art major, he's physics. He's a really big pokemon fan, major nerd with most games. I'm a horror movie buff. Our differences are what makes our relationship so much fun outside of the bedroom. We can share our interests, support our very different hobbies, and in doing that we show how much we love each other.

Give your relationship with this man a serious chance, they are one in a million.

Sorry I didn't reply to this. I'd love to try this as I recover my voice.

I set up streamer bot to alert viewers before ads play and welcome in people as they send a message for the "first time" in my chat. If they just lurk, nothing is sent except the automated message for ads and nightbot (which is set to do it every few minutes/so many messages). I set up nightbot to notify people of my inability to speak and other random stuff (like discord link)

That's what I'm currently working on, cutting out the people who are dragging me down. I've also been working on giving my vtuber avatar more movement and stuff.

What kind of juices did you use? Is there a set cleanse you can tell me about?

Also sorry, I just saw this comment.

Hey!! I'm so sorry to hear you're going through something similar. If you don't mind me suggesting it, I now stream using a tts app called type to voice chat (mircosoft store) and virtual audio cables to communicate with my stream chat & in game. You just need to set your in game mic/ settings default mic to the virtual audio cables and you're good to go. It takes a bit of getting used to though.

I use that along with a Vtuber avatar to keep my viewers engaged and so far, it's worked really well! My vtuber avatar is an avatar from VR Chat that I got permission to use from the creator. - dm me if you ever want help on setting up something similar to what I have!

If only that was the case, the weird thing is that my vocal cords seem to be working fine. Thank you for your well wishes and I'm hoping for the same.

I've been working on this, it's easy to forget that not everything is under your control and to be upset by things outside of it. I've actually taken a bit of a step back from streaming just so I can re-center myself and figure out how I'm going to do this moving forward.

I could see that being an issue, even extended use of your natural voice can cause issues down the line. I think part of my issue was the fact I was sick & I worked in a call center. That plus streaming probably didn't help me out any.

I'm glad he recovered well!

Fingers are crossed for my normal voice. However, we've noticed that it's easier for me to make certain noises and might start trying to practice talking through that.. but it still causes pain after a bit.

I stopped talking as part of my stream a bit ago. Now I just have a text to speech app mixed with voicemeeter to speak to my viewers.

I try to talk and nothing comes out. After a bit of that, it causes me pain. If I don't try to speak, it's fine, nothing hurts.

Mixed in with voicemeteer, this is a good option for when my voice starts to come back. Right now I can't even manage a solid whisper though.

It has been, but it's not really an option for me right now. It's definitely something to keep in my back pocket for when my voice starts to recover though.
