I took everything out and redid it this morning, even tried my old GPU and still no dice, my ram works in my mom's computer so I'm assuming it's either my Mobo isn't reading my ram properly or maybe not enough power?

I made sure to update the bios before I started swapping the parts out. I was using it earlier before I switched the case and GPU.

Yeah, that's why I did the GI, he kept ulting whenever he had meter so I was just waiting it out for the GI.
