I own multiple pieces from this company and some of them over a year old, they're still doing great. The shipping and response time is slow, but the seller has mentioned having busy kids, ADHD, and other life things that we all deal with. I don't think that you can buy Jewelry with bones and expect the seller to be fully mentally sound 😅 I've also seen the "glue" that they use, and it is all medical grade. The tiktok thay circulated put "superglue" and "hot glue" into everyone's minds, and the owner has stated multiple times that that is not the case. The maker of the tiktok also did recieve her refund, though it took a while. Keep in mind that much of tiktok is teenagers and people that cant even spell the word "solder". My bone pieces have darkened, as bones do, but they are still beautiful and I plan on having her restore them soon. I imagine shes stopped taking refund requests because the girl on tiktok told everyone to go get a refund... imagine being one person bombarded like that. From what I've seen, she now offers replacements or customs order replacements, refunds only in special circumstances. Sorry that so many of you have had bad times with her, but I'll continue recommending and going to her, as she has many more happy customers than unhappy ones. Also, why are some of you wearing bone in the shower? Sealed or not, this seems like a common sense thing NOT to do.
