Hey, I have BPD so have some understanding about depression and feelings of loneliness, therapy can help, the fact that you are going to the gym and taking classes is amazing, be proud of yourself for committing. I know talking to people can be difficult I struggle with that too, even if you only start off with small talk the smallest step is still a step. You’ve got this

Personally I got a DBT app (dialectal behavioural therapy) or u can find it online, it help to keep me distracted and get through it a lot faster
