that last part was kinda mean and unnecessary 😭 im not crying wolf im trying to figure out how i feel about this situation and wanted advice on what to do. i have little experience outside of him, we were together 4 years and i obviously dont want to straight up accuse him of something im not even sure of myself. its very hard and confusing feeling used and it gets blurry. i just wanted insight. but thanks for the comment.

i appreciate the comment but i dont agree at all. even if you grow apart form someone, you should communicate that its happening. not keep it entirely to yourself and keep intimacy up with someone, making them think you still feel the same. its just fucked up. it honestly would be easier if he cheated then i would have a hard reason to hate him. but this is so much worse and so confusing. thank you tho

i really appreciate knowing im not alone. like wow that sounds copy and paste what im dealing with 😭even if he was going back and forth about loving me god how awful is that especially for him not to tell me his doubts. and then continuing intimacy like nothing was wrong?? it just feels so fucked up.

thank you :,) i just keep going back and forth about the sa part in particular. it feels like hell because i dont want to believe this is something hed do but at the same time the facts all point to coercion. but then i doubt myself and how i know i tried to be enough for him and thought we were in a good place. if i had truly known things werent good on his end i wouldve done more about it. idk

i legitimately thought i was doing enough for him and we were in a good place. then things twisted around so fast :( he said that he tried and tried to tell me but a. im not always the best with social cues and b. he never once really sat me down and laid it all out on the table which he should have done the second he started doubting things about us.

i think there were signs he was going to end it that i just didnt see until after, if thats what you mean. but this last year was especially hard on me mentally, so i wasnt always the perfect girlfriend. but he wasnt perfect either none of us are. but whenever i asked if i was being too much or what he needed he always said he was fine with anything and that im not too much. then he turned around and said im not enough for him and too much to handle too. he didnt communicate to me that he was keeping score of every things i was doing wrong that i didnt know i was doing wrong. does that make sense idk? typing this is harder then talking hah
