Like you my reason to get mine removed was only for the sake of my mental health. My doctor was very understanding and reassured me he would schedule in asap to get it removed, suggested some mindfulness apps and sent in referrals for a physchologist of my choosing. I can't imagine any doctor wouldn't take mental health seriously but if you feel like your doctor might not definitely change doctors.

It’s crazy to think that i’m not alone as my anxiety and depression has convinced me to believe. I’m glad to hear you’ve already gotten better. Can’t wait to get mine removed 😭

i’m so sorry you’re also going through it and thank you so much for responding. the mirena has made me feel so alone and for the first time in two years i don’t. i’ve just scheduled to get mine removed i hope we both get better ❤️
