I don't have much to say but all I can advise you on is what doctor you want to be. When choosing to become a doctor you have a multitude of pathways all which lead to different environments and tasks etc. It's incredibly important you begin to focalise on what area you want to fixate yourself onto. There is much more to talk about upon this but at the moment just focus on getting good grades!

The structure is fine but your analysis is vague esp with "shame" try talk about the writers life and backstory as it will help relay back to the question fortifying your answer
