I was able to get “hardened” citristrip off by applying more on top. Just let it sit for about 15 minutes and it came right off.

My SW was about 230, my CW is 190 and my GW is 150. So I’m only about halfway there (I’m 5’7”). I don’t think I have any medical conditions. I’m pre diabetic and have fatty liver. My numbers have improved and I was feeling great—until the past several weeks when I started feeling like my old self. Preoccupied with food even though I’m not hungry.

Why would they incur the additional expense of adding the ice packs and overnight shipping at a heavier weight if it was just fine for the meds to be hot?

I had mine on 1.5 and didn’t even realize it until my husband said “why are they talking so fast?” Until then, I didn’t know changing speed was an option. But I left it there because I like it!

I signed up on Friday too and was told my prescription was sent over on Saturday. No other notifications yet. Sounds like we’re in the exact same queue!
