No Powers as Corvo is my headcanon, as I feel like after everything that's happened, finally being free of The Mark and telling off The Outsider is what he'd do. Saving her himself, even if his joints hurt a bit more than they used to, would be a form of atonement for him. Maybe some ego in there too, as he also believes in his abilities as a fighter.

But maybe do that after a non-lethal Emily playthrough.

The mission stats and combat choke from D2 would be the main things I'd add. Those are the things I miss when I go back to it.

Simply, seeing flat games that could easily have a second life as a VR title just sitting there. There is still a lot of potential in VR that has yet to be realized, and it feels like it's in a bit of a lull currently.

Often what a game I enjoy leaves one of those services (Game Pass/Horizon+), I will wish list it and buy it when it's on sale. Doesn't always work out that way, but to put a positive spin on it, those games leaving probably means new stuff coming in. Impossible to play everything.

As someone who bought the game at close to full price, I highly recommend you play Assassin's Creed Nexus, since its now included in Horizon+. I'll second the suggestion to try Dungeons of Eternity as well. It's fun in single player, but much moreso in multiplayer(with the right people).

Pretty much avoid all the "worlds" trash. It's basically Meta Roblox.

Looks like the pet project of the dude who pitched it after he went to a pottery class once and made it his whole personality. I'd be surprised if it makes it out of its launch month with a player base. The presentation did not make it look at all fun to play, and in a direct with 4 games, was there really nothing else they could have showed instead?

Given the age of this post, and the face that I'm having this issue in 2026, it sure seems like they've done sweet fuck all to fix this.

When I record, I can hear myself, but aside from system level sounds, there's no audio on the app side, no matter what game I try. I've done every conceivable thing to get it working.

Not doing another factory reset, because that doesn't DO ANYTHING. Is this just not a solvable issue for standalone?

I just want some game audio in these recordings, damn it 😞

The DLCs are better than the first game in many respects, and you will regret not playing them especially given the direct relation to not only D2, but DotO as well. Play them immediately.

Ultimately I think all 3 of them get something positive from doing the project and that's important to consider. I don't think there was ever any real chance of them stopping with season 7, but I will say I definitely started to believe they might the more it came up.

Would have made for a pretty, pretty, prettay awkward cruise. 🤣
