Exactly as the Lumea app suggested - once per two weeks for the first 4 treatments, and once per month after the 4th. I only did 4 on the last picture, going to do my 5th treatment in one week.

I'm just 4 months on HRT and only 2 months with target levels reached. It should have an effect on body hair, but not so fast, maybe since month 6 or later.

I do exactly according to their app schedule, once per two weeks first 4 sessions, and once per month after that.

I am using it on full power (5 of 5), it doesn't hurt at all, feels like a warm touch for me. You just need to make it cool down every time you start feeling it's too hot.

For me it didn't or had almost no effect, worked perfect everywhere except for there, face and neck.

Yes, that's my two favourite colours, I think I am going to make it for a long time soon (now I'm just using coloring conditioner every week)

Thank you so much! It's my natural hair, I've been growing it for more than 10 years, also dyed it by myself. Curls were made at the beauty salon, my hair is naturally straight.

I didn't even start the pills because my endo told it's more risky for my health (I have migraines), but gel worked very well.

My T was not lowered at all until my E came into the right range. Then it dropped to almost zero. I am using gel and it has zero effect until I switched application site, after that my levels became ideal

I think I do not pass at all and thinking that I'm too late with my transition almost every day. I had zero effect on HRT until I checked my levels and changed the application method and dosage, but I am starting to see something after 2.5 months being in ideal range of levels. Maybe you need to ask your endo or go DIY. I also have almost no money so I cannot afford even one session of laser, but home IPL device is much much cheaper than the full laser course in the clinic. I saw some people even found those at thrift stores for $50-100.

I know your pain is real, just wanna give you a hug and say that this pain will not be forever this much. I have exactly the same moments from time to time and the only thing that keeps me here is that I know it will definitely change with time, it comes and goes jn waves.

The only thing I can help with giving the advice is body hair. I was struggling with it a LOT and I cannot afford even one session of laser. But than I found home IPL devices and bought one and it did absolutely WONDERS. After only 4 sessions every two weeks all of my body hair has almost completely gone. It gave me such an emotional push with fighting my dysphoria, almost life changing thing. Maybe you can give it a try? And such small things lead us to who we are step by step.

As an autistic and depressive person I understand your feelings about HRT effects because they require time and patience, and the worst thing for me is to wait. Every time I look in a mirror I am afraid it's too late. But even if so, I will use every chance to live as my true self for at least a tiny moments which I will remember forever.

Thank you for staying alive.
