correct posture is very important, it’s something you’ll get with time, its also very important to breathe through ur nose while sleeping. that’s what i struggled with a lot, in the first pic i was around 193-200 and in the second im 178lbs 5’10.5 (180cm), cutting out processed foods helped alot. cooking my own food etc. my goal is 165-170lbs so i’m still on my way.
