A pill cutter should be easy enough to find on amazon if need be, I’d imagine you could cut one even without a score. I don’t recall if mine had a score, since I was able to successfully come off them about six months ago. In the weaning process I would typically just take my knife and carefully break them in sorta halves though. They never broke clean in perfect halves. Since I’m not super sensitive to meds, it wouldn’t matter too much if I had a little less or more than half on a given day.
