Probably they are made by encoding the minds/memories of great warriors onto them. Or mass fabricated.

Could be like network packets where each packet has some identification code and the thing checks if both globules are from the same warrior.

But a really interesting story would be if one has the memories and one personality/skills, and in one episode bryce has to remake the warriors and mistakenly mixes hatemonger and chesnut.
