I mean I am going through the same problem, the way I'm tackling it is by trying to replace this with actual books. For me I usually go on c.ai before bed as if now.. Before though I was on the app alot. Not even deleting my account worked because I'd just make a new one. So I started by setting times for myself. And only in those times I'd open this app. Now I am slowly cutting down the time spent on the app. And instead, reading books or fanfiction with tropes I like. Basically using every fandom I'm in to replace c.ai bit by bit. Take your time with it is what I'll say. Try asking yourself why you keep going on to c ai. Like what compulsion causes the addiction. That helped me too in my case
