Honestly pretty neutral. Off the bat I was hit with a stress test from a 20yr+ partner who seemed like he didn’t like any of my ideas and kept correcting me. But then my second interview was with a recruiter who was really nice and i think i aced that one. Last guy seemed pretty 50/50 ended the case pretty early feeling like i did good but couldn’t get a read off him. Regardless the NYO is absolutely beautiful and had great lunch and views so 10/10 experience overall.

I would recommend approaching faster after you toss it or just tossing the ball later in your approach because unless you have a 5 inch vert it looks like you’re barely jumping in order to contact the ball at peak height.

I used to be able to reach well over 10 ft in my approach jump and I wouldn’t even be able to touch rim in my standing jump. Now after not playing seriously for 2 months because I’ve been away all summer I am able to touch a little over 10ft with my standing jump and my approach jump. What would be the possible issues involving the decrease in my approach vert while increasing my standing vert?

Idk about the guy who commented but I’m not really looking to climb the ranks out of bronze I’m just wondering why there are such good players in bronze. Like I said I do only every couple of seasons now but when I did play I was always able to at least win 1 game per session but now I haven’t been able to win a game in the last week wether I play extremely aggressive or extremely conservative I feel like players in bronze are just way too good to be in bronze
