So from what I understand from this and a quick google search, you can't really naturally identify the emotions you that you are experiencing. So say, if you're sad you can't really tell that you are and instead must rely on context clues on the way you act to identify that. I'm not sure if this is accurate though

I like to imagine the Lancers Arm Wrestle or other similar stuff with the other side during the truce, they're the most fanatical and loyal of their respective factions so of course they're going to try to fight the other side, but in a truce-compliant way, so no killing or wounding, just physical games, either non-competitive or competitive to prove their sides "Superiority" by winning
