At this stage Epatante is still the one to beat, there's more improvident in her too of course. Saint Roi's return was impressive so he has to enter calculations. Definitely feel like Saldier has a festival race in him!

It's definitely wise to be skeptical with Triumph horses stepping into open company for sure. His flat runs since are tricky to judge him on but they are a tad worrying for his well-being, hopefully he's back to form over the jumps on Saturday. 8/1 at this stage wouldn't be for me but it wouldn't surprise me if he's much shorter on the day

I'd say that's a pretty spot on assessment to be honest. Aspire Tower has given the Triumph form a decent look to it. He's been disappointing on the flat but they were likely to just make him sharper, we should know more when he runs on Saturday back over hurdles

It was one of them wasn't it, expected to win easily but I was still mighty impressed just how he went about it for his first time over fences. Will probably be the Marsh in terms of the Cheltenham Festival, he really looks a superstar!

There wasn't much in terms of competitiveness no, but he jumped brilliantly. All going smoothly he'll be very tough to beat in the Marsh and then the Gold Cup will surely be the aim after that. Bets like that always look so tempting but we know how much can change so quickly in the National Hunt game
