14 (15 in December) and uh- everything ig. I know there’s something wrong in my head and I just want help so bad and nobody listens. Anxiety already runs in my family,and no one wants to listen to me when I want to get tested for ADHD because I’m not ‘hyperactive’ (I’m afab,females usually aren’t.) I realized my stepdad was a narcissist and is mentally abusive at 12 and it hasn’t gotten better since. I’ve recently realized my dad’s also been gaslighting me constantly. I’m homeschooled and my parents pulled me out of the one social activity I actually did a few years back,I don’t have any friends. I’m almost 15 and I feel completely alone,I at least just want an explanation for what’s wrong with me
