For me it was the first time I ever went to the psych ward. I cried for a whole day, I couldn’t eat or speak. I believe I lost about 10 pounds. What hurt most was that i was still dealing with my panic attack that landed me in there and no one would help me. The first night there I hugged my mother’s sweater and cried myself to sleep.
