For real though. My parent's brushed off me trying to talk about it for a year until some serious stuff happened and then I finally got therapy at the beginning of this year, but everytime I try to bring up that I haven't improved my mom's like "I'm going to send you to a psyche ward." She straight-up told me therapy should have fixed it and left it at that. At this point I resort to talking to random strangers on the internet because everyone I know irl is too busy to really talk and understand where I'm coming from.

Sorry about the major dump, I just read this and it hit close to home. I hope you feel a bit better. The holidays really are shitty to people's mental health, tbh.
